N&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas soumis \u00e0 l&rsquo;insuline, le fructose a tendance \u00e0 se transformer plus facilement en graisses lorsque la consommation est trop importante.<\/p>\n<p>Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire pour les personnes atteintes de diab\u00e8te d&rsquo;avoir une consommation raisonn\u00e9e de fruits (pour g\u00e9rer leur glyc\u00e9mie) et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 un repas (et \u00e9viter les prises isol\u00e9es).
