{"id":560,"date":"2018-10-16T17:50:35","date_gmt":"2018-10-16T16:50:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dietetclic.com\/?p=560"},"modified":"2018-10-16T19:53:21","modified_gmt":"2018-10-16T18:53:21","slug":"dlc-dluo-ddm-et-gaspillage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dietetclic.com\/?p=560","title":{"rendered":"DLC, DLUO, DDM et gaspillage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le gaspillage n&rsquo;est ni \u00e9cologique, ni \u00e9thique, ni \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p>Peu de personnes connaissaient la diff\u00e9rence entre les Dates Limites de Consommation (DLC) et les Dates Limites d&rsquo;Utilisation Optimale (DLUO). Dans le premier cas il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;une date au-del\u00e0 de laquelle le produit peut pr\u00e9senter un danger pour le consommateur alors que dans le second, la denr\u00e9e est toujours consommable mais les qualit\u00e9s organoleptiques ou nutritionnelles ne sont pas garanties.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est \u00e0 partir de ce constat qu&rsquo;en d\u00e9cembre 2014 est apparue la Date de Durabilit\u00e9 Minimale (DDM) qui remplace la DLUO ; la confusion entre DLC et DDM \u00e9tait cens\u00e9e \u00eatre plus faible. Dans les faits le gaspillage alimentaire des fran\u00e7ais repr\u00e9sente encore pr\u00e8s de 20 kg de d\u00e9chets par an et par personne. Mais le plus important : 7 kg sont des d\u00e9chets alimentaires sont encore emball\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La journ\u00e9e internationale de lutte contre le gaspillage alimentaire est l&rsquo;occasion de produire des infographies sur ce th\u00e8me.
